Check out our October newsletter to find a handy recipe to make your own almond milk. You can use the left over almond fibre in these yummy bliss balls. Guilt free and delicious treat for you and your family!

Ingredients:

1 cup of left over Almond fibre from the almond milk you made

8 Medjool dates

¼ cup Cacao powder

½ Cacao butter – melted

Pinch of Himalayan salt

½ tsp Vanilla Essence

¼ tsp Cinnamon powder

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. Take a small amount of mixture and roll it into a small ball. Repeat this process until you have used all of the mixture. You may wish to put a little water on your hands to prevent too much sticking.
  3. Roll each ball in the crushed almond and/or coconut flakes to coat.
  4. Serve on a plate and watch them go in lightning speed!
