1 cup of left over Almond fibre from the almond milk you made
8 Medjool dates
¼ cup Cacao powder
½ Cacao butter – melted
Pinch of Himalayan salt
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Take a small amount of mixture and roll it into a small ball. Repeat this process until you have used all of the mixture. You may wish to put a little water on your hands to prevent too much sticking.
- Roll each ball in the crushed almond and/or coconut flakes to coat.
- Serve on a plate and watch them go in lightning speed!
