Can I use my NDIS funding?

Yes, only if your NDIS funding is self-managed or Plan Managed. We are not registered
providers with NDIS. Payment for consultations are required at the end of every session. Please
organise with your Plan Manager to have the funds to pay for each session.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (No Amex), EFTPOS and cash in the clinic. For interstate clients we
take credit card payments.

Do you offer private health fund rebates?

Yes. Many health funds work through our eftpos machine program called “HICAPS” so you can
swipe and only pay the gap. Naturopathic appointments cannot be claimed as of April 2019 due
to government legislation. Our associations are working to reinstate this and you can help this
process by filing a request to your health fund.

Who has access to my patient records at the clinic?

All information collection is stored securely. We will never release your details externally without
your consent.

What is your cancellation policy?

All missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
will incur a cancellation fee of $50. This fee is not claimable. Patients who repeatedly miss or
reschedule appointments will regretfully be discharged from care as we realise you will not
reach your health goals and we do not wish to waste your time.

Is treatment expensive?

We are comfortable working with clients with an array of budgets and we offer affordable
treatment options. Payment plans can be discussed for our naturopathic packages.
