This delicious smoothie is quick and easy to make and makes the most of the beautiful mangoes and peaches currently in season. A great way to start the day.

Ingredients

Serves 1

1/2 Mango cored and diced

1 Small peach, sliced

2 Medjool dates, pitted

1 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk

1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal

1 Scoop protein powder (optional – hemp, pea, rice or whey)

Method:

  • Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until a fluid consistency. Add more water if needed
  • Drink Immediatly
