Our goal is to deliver an exceptionally friendly and prompt, professional service, providing you with the best in alternative health care. Our experience tell us that there are some key areas we need to focus on to ensure that you receive the greatest benefit from our services.

RECOVERY
Remember the healing and recovery takes time and not everyone heals/recovers at the same rate. If at any time time during your care, you do not feel you are responding as well as exprected we would ask that you discuss this with your treating practitioner. We want you to get the most from your care at Feeling Healthy.
EXCELLENCE IN CARE
In order to continue to provide the best, most up to date health care available we travel periodically to conferences and seminars. To keep your progress on schedule we will attempt to give you appointments around those times or provide another highly qualified practitioner to continue your care.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our health care collects information from you for the primary purpose of providing quality health care. We require your consent to collect information about you. We require you to provide us with your personal details and a full history so that we may properly assess, treat and be proactive in your health care needs.
This means we may use the information you provide in the following ways:
- Administration purposes in our Wellness Hub
- Billing purposes
- Disclosure to other involved in your health care, including treating doctors and specialists inside/outside this health centre.
FEES AND YOUR ACCOUNT
Fees for patients are due at the time of service. HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities may be available at the front desk for automatic claiming through your private health fund.
REFERRALS
The greatest compliment we can receive is the referral of a friend or family member. We appreciate you entrusting us with the care of your close ones. The referral of your family and friends is much appreciated as it assists in their own wellbeing and plays a vital role in the success of our business. We provide all new patients with a $10 voucher to pass on to anyone they think would benefit from our services. As a token of our appreciation, all patientws who refer a new patient to us will also receive a credit for $10 to be used at their next consultation.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING/MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Your practitioner will outline a recommended action plan for your health recovery. You will achieve the maximum and best outcome when you keep your recommended action plan to this schedule. Therefore, to receive the most out of your care and to save time we ask you that you schedule your appointments in advance. Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery, so we ask that wherever possible you keep all your appointments. If an appointment mjust be changed, 24 hour notice is appreciated.
All missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment must be made up later in the same day or within 24 hours if appointments are available to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. This fee is not covered by compensable bodies and must be paid by the patient. People who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments will regretfully be discharged from care as we realise you will not reach your health goals and we do not wish to waste your time.
SUPPLEMENT ORDERS
You may purchase additional quantities of supplements that have been prescribed by your naturopath. Please call or pop into the clinic to collect these. We do try to keep a stock of all supplements, however at busy times we may need to order them which can take 2-3 days. Please allow yourself a few days of supplements remaining when you reorder to allow for this.
